"Cabana Clique?" is an ultra fine shimmer dip.
It features a Bright, Jewel-Toned Teal Blue base color, with ever so subtle hints of violet shimmer that catch in the light for a multi-dimensional finish.

This dip can also be chromed, and sugared.
