Gentle Folk are based in Adelaide Hills, Australia. They use minimal intervention when making their wines and believe that the grapes and season reflect the best styles within the wine.

A very special Pinot Noir from the Monomeith vineyards in Adelaide Hills, arguably the coolest ones there. This blend of sunlight within a cool environment provides great depth and complexity, leading to a classically brilliant Pinot Noir. Earthy aromas of forest floor and crushed herbs mingle with succulent strawberries and rose petals. The tannins are supple and well integrated, with a hint of oak ageing lending a little more bite.
